We may collect your name, telephone number, vehicle make and model, registration number, mileage, preferred appointment date and time, service requirements and information you choose to provide in an enquiry. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, contact you about service work, prepare quotations, maintain service records and meet applicable legal requirements. Booking consent covers communications about your request; it does not automatically enrol you in promotional messages.

Service providers and third-party services

Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, appointment scheduling and communications, including Cloudflare, Microsoft and WhatsApp where these services are used. We share information only where reasonably needed to fulfil these purposes or where required or permitted by law. Providers may process information outside Singapore; overseas transfers must meet applicable PDPA requirements.

Technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and security logs may be processed to operate and protect the website. External services reached through WhatsApp or Google Maps links operate under their own privacy policies.
