Had some brake problems on my WRX, so as usual went to find John. He showed me a set of KWM brake pads for my Brembos, and did a rough explanation. Decided to go for it. The huge Bosch signboard reminded me to get a new pair of wipers as well. A lot of the mechanics were wearing Bosch T shirts and I think they are a Bosch approved workshop. Brake pads exceeded my expectations. Minimal dust, no noise, and braking power was better than OE. Used to have some squealing sound but now it’s gone. John helped me clean my braking system during the pad change. Was told I was given a good price, and to me it was very reasonable.

The mechanics were very professional. I had my car (Lexus es250) serviced and had my brakes replaced with their in-house brand Vetto Brake Pads. Ah John, the mechanic, was very patient as he explained to me about getting the different parts for my vehicle. The service was very good and I had an extremely pleasant experience and the price was cheap compared to other workshops too. 5 thumbs up for Ah Sin. He is knowledgable, honest, efficient and pleasant. Did normal 90k servicing for my Mazda Biante that took about 2 hours. The package was net $131, using Rev1 synthetic motor oil, plus a complimentary parking ticket. Very happy with service, will return.
With the relocation of Toh Guan outlet to Sin Ming Auto City, Ah Jun n his team moved there as well. Friendly and reliable service provided by them. I send my Qashqai for regular servicing, aircon issues, and change of engine mounting. They did a good job, pricing very competitive too. Today I went to fix my front bumper after a knock with bike, they screwed it back in for me on a goodwill basis as I was a regular there. Thumbs up to their professionalism. Do try their service and you will not regret it.
Been coming here for servicing for a few years. Excellent service, efficient and well priced. They do not hard sell and are honest and reliable. On at least two occasions, I came for repairs to some mysterious car problems. They spent the effort to do troubleshooting and could solve the problem. And they did not charge me for resolving the issues. Highly recommended.
Recommended for their service and positive attitude. Did major servicing for Sienta Petrol JDM. Mechanics are friendly, not pushy and clarified details. You may request cost offset if you do not require selected items (i.e. cabin filter) the use of e-registration and service menu and e-invoice impress me enough. After a few hours, the mechanic called me back to collect the car. During post servicing, he noted one of my tyre was previously patched due to puncture and explained that he helped to re-seal it at NO any additional cost! Downside would be its location (lack of ATMs) and no resting area for customer.
